I am looking for information on Otto Herman Sell born 1867 Germany he came to the USA in 1894 his mother and father did not. Mother maiden name is Schultz his father name is Ferdinand Sell. How would I go about getting a birth record for otto? Some how I would have to find his mothers first name. Thanks Della
