trying to find info on my 3 times grandparents

I know that they are born in Italy Giuseppe (Joe) rotolo and Maria (Mary) Rotolo and married there. They did come to the states they lived in Louisiana. I know for sure they had a son born in Italy around 1885 his name is Carlo rotolo. I have a about migration year for Joe around 1891 and Mary and Carlo 1893 according to 1900 and 1910 census record. I do not have a maiden name for Maria yet.
