Giovanni DeVecchis brought his wife and two sons from the old homeland of Folignano, Ascoli Piceno, to the United States about 1911. Would like to learn more about Giovanni\'s siblings and parents.

you can do thbis two ways. one way is to go to www.paginebianche,it and find relatives there and writing them a letter and you can request documents such as Certificato di Stato famiglia if you know the grandfathers fullname and birth year or date. Write to the Ufficio di Stato Civile in the town, in Italian and send a self asddressed envelope with a dollar for stamps and $5.00 even though the service is free. You can ask for other documents.
