So che c'erano spesso errori di trascrizione, come a Ellis Island, cognomi nomi errati, comune di residenza sbagliato, ecc.
È sempre meglio di cercare un cognome che si avvicina all'errore.
Il cognome corretto può essere soltanto VARRICCHIONE indicato da T. (non avevo pensato a Rotondi).
