Looking for information on Death Certificate

I need your help, please. I am searching for Joe/Joseph Alesi, he was married to a Mamie. I have found his Census, but I am looking for his Death Certificate. I did see a Death Certificate for a Joe Alesi, Texas Death Certificate, Harris, (Houston), TX on "Fold 3", (use to be Footnote.org), I do not have a membership to Fold 3 and was wondering if any one out there does, and could tell me the cause of death. Appreciate anything. Thanks.

Thank you vj.....one more favor....can you translate what is says on the Medical Certificate of Death....I know it does say Suicide, but can not make out the rest of it.
