birth/death info for Marietta Morreale

I've been unable to locate any information on Marietta Morreale b. Aug 13, 1912 to Costantino Morreale & Rosa Sferrazza. According to the Situazione Storica Di Famiglia that I received from Montedoro, Marietta was born in the USA. Can't find my grandparents on a 1900 or 1910 federal census but was able to find them in PA 1920 census and NY 1930 census.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I may go from here?

Thought this 1916 Naturalization record may have belonged to your family, but I don't see Marietta listed with the children.

Valerie, Yes this is my grandfathers record. She must have died before he applied for naturalization. She was born after Giulio, Gaetano and Vincenzo.

You're right they're difficult to find
Not having any luck: tried NY for 1900, 1905 and 1910 on ancestry and FamilySearch
Have you found either of Costantino's brothers on any of those census records?
(Michele abt 1868, Ludovico abt 1870)
Perhaps Costantino was living nearby?

Is it possible that the family returned to Italy for Marietta's birth, OR after her death? OR is it possible Marietta died in Italy?
I found a ship manifest for July 1913 for Costantino Morreale.
He was leaving his wife Rosa Sferrazza in Montedoro, and he was joining his brother Michele Morreale at 2303 Highes Ave., NY

Roberta, are you firm about her being born after some of her brothers?
Costantino indicates on his naturalization record that his first arrival was 1899...
It appears from the manifest (I can't grab that image...) that Rosa arrived with him in November 1899.

Costantino and Rosa arrive 1899 -
POSSIBLE birth of Marietta in 1900
The family returns to Italy BEFORE 1905 - then Giulio born there in 1905
The family returns to US BEFORE 1908 - Gaetano born NY in 1908
The family returns AGAIN to Italy AFTER March 1910 - Rosa is in Montedoro in 1913 when Costantino travels back to US...
Rosa and children return BEFORE the 1915 birth of Giuseppe in Pennsylvania.

May explain why Valarie has not been able to locate them in some censuses!

Leaving father Nicola Sferrazza in Montedoro...

CHILDREN:
Giulio, 8, born Italy
Gaetano, 5, Claims US born
Salvatore, 3, Claims US born (could this be the child who was born after Gaetano?) This child is also NOT listed on the Naturalization papers...
