How do I locate owner of family pages? I'm sorry to ask so much. Thank you for your help
We're happy to help!
---
Go to your local library's webpage (type the library name in google)
Most have a section for genealogy or for available databases
See if ancestry is listed
---
If it isn't call your local Family History Center - they should also have ancestry
FamilySearch Centers Home Page
Includes how to find your nearest local Family History Center
https://www.familysearch.org/locations
---
Ancestry also offers a free trial (with a credit card) it's a great way to get started, just remember to cancel!
---
Contacting an ancestry. com member is pretty easy
the owner is listed on their Family Pages
from their family pages you should be able to click on their name and follow the prompts to 'contact member'
OR
from ancestry main page:
go to the 'Collaborate' drop down menu
go to 'Member Directory'
click the 'Basic Information' tab
type 'michelle2colby; in the User Name
a blank message will pop up for you to send to michelle2colby
be sure to include your email address in your message

Do have a death record with his town of birth on it?
