(hard to read), also living in this town, present and giving his consent; and of Rosa di Vito, age 56, peasant farmer living with her husband, also present at this act and giving her consent...

Giovanna Corte, of age 26[not completed], peasant farmer residing in this town; daughter of Eugenio Corte, age 55, peasant farmer residing in the town, who is present and giving his consent; and of deceased Margarita di Vito, who died in this town on 2 March 1817 as recorded in the act of death made in this town on the same day.
...that they request the celebration of marriage and stated that the banns have been posted on the door of our town hall- the first on day 14, a Sunday, at 3 PM of the month of February; and the second on day 21, Sunday, at 5 PM of the same month.
There was no oppoosition to the marriage.

My understanding...
It refers to the age... whether the year of that age was completed. Age 23 not completed just means he/she hasn't finished their 23rd year.
It's found in some records and not in others.
