Lisore, Cerignale, Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna Church?

I have civil registration records back to 1866 of the comune of Cerignale - the family is actually from a frazioni of Lisore.

I need to find church records for pre-1866 information, but as far as I can tell there is no church in Lisore.

How can I determine what church they attended, or relied on if priest was visiting, where would the activities be recorded?

I found the excerpt below from 1859 showing that the town of Cerignale was divided into three parishes. The first was dedicated to S. Lorenzo in the main town of Cerignale, the second was in Carisasca (a frazione) under the title of S. Pietro, and the third was in Selva (a frazione) under the patronage of S. Stefano and took in the small villages of Rovereto, Lisore, and Cariseto.

Il comune di Cerignale è ripartito in tre parrocchie. La prima, nel capo-luogo, dedicata a S. Lorenzo, ha una modesta Chiesa recentemente riparata da imminente ruina. Da questa parrocchia dipendono le villate di Casale a levante, e di Oneto a scirocco, ove esiste una succursale dedicata a S. Andrea apostolo. La seconda è in Carisasca, intitolata a S. Pietro, ed ha sotto di sè le borgate di Castello e Ponteorganasco, in cui sta un oratorio sotto la protezione di S. Carlo. La terza è in Selva sotto il patronato di S. Stefano, e comprende le borgate di Rovereto, Lisore e Cariseto, ov'è un tempietto consacrato a S. Anna, e sopra una vicina rupe stanno i ruderi d'un antico castello, che spettò un tempo ai marchesi Malaspina.
