Help with 1890 birth record

I'm trying to translate the birth record of Salvatore Panzarella
on my own, but have run into some difficulty.

I have translated the record as:

The year one thousand eight hundred ninety, twenty-five of September, in morning
hours nine minutes and thirty, in the Municipal House. Before me Nicasio Porto
Secretary appointed by the Mayor the fourth February, duly hereby approved.

Officer of the civil state and the appearance in the City of Sciara -
De Marco Paola, aged sixty-six; midwife domiciled in Sciara,
which I am told that at five minutes in the AM (is the date of birth
the day before - 24 Sept) in the house in via Cuba
Di Bella Rosa housewife year thirty-seven, wife Panzarella Michelangelo
(word I cannot make out- please help) rail forty-four (again a word
I cannot make out. I think they are stating he worked for the railroad)
domiciled in Sciara and born a male child name of the Salvatore.

To the above and this act were present as witnesses D'Andrea Innocenzo years, fifty-
sexton clerk, and Michele Geraci, aged fifty-three, shoemaker, both residing in this municipality

I would appreciate a translation of the paragraph after this as well as the two
words I couldn't make out.

the two words are impiegato-clerk and ambidue which means both

The last paragraph reads that the informant made the declaration of the birth in the place of the husband of Di Bella, as he was far away from the town at the time.

Before me Nicasio Porto Secretary appointed by the Mayor with act dated February 4th 1890, duly approved Officer of the civil state in the City of Sciara appeared De Marco Paola, aged sixty-six, midwife domiciled in Sciara, who told me that at 5:00AM of yesterday of the current month, in the house situated in via Cuba, to Di Bella Rosa housewife thirty-seven years old, wife of Panzarella Michelangelo, employed at the railroad, forty-four years old, both domiciled in Sciara, was born a male child that she shows to me and to whom she gave the name Salvatore.

To the above and to this act were present as witnesses D'Andrea Innocenzo aged 50
sexton clerk, and Michele Geraci, aged fifty-three, shoemaker, both residing in this municipality.

The informant, who assisted to the birth because of her job, made the declaration of the birth in the place of the husband of Di Bella, as he was far away from the town at the time.

This act was read to the attendees and signed by me, being the others illiterate

I am extremely grateful for the full translation!

Many years ago, a cousin gave me all the dates (birth, marriage, death)
from the town for our family tree. For whatever reason they omitted
the other data written on the actual record, which is just as important.

The strange thing is that the birth recorded above, Vita Randazzo, was also declared by the same midwife because the father, Santo Randazzo, also a railway clerk, was absent
The mother’s name was Giuseppa Di Bella. A relative of Rosa Di Bella?

For now, I have not confirmed if Rosa and Giuseppa are sisters. I have a line
of Di Bellas, a Rosa is among them. I'm pretty certain that these two people
Rosa and Giuseppa are cousins to my line.
