I am looking for more information on a marriage that took place in 1891 between Domenico A Cacchione and a Martella?

I have possible knowledge it might have been in Cassino, but believe it may have been in the Molise or Abruzzo region.

you are very right! Abt the Molise region: Cacchione is a surname of Campobasso area... but without know Marta maiden name it is impossible to know more..
However by a genealogic tre on ancestry.com seeming that Marta maiden name was LEO.. and Leo is a popular surname also... maybe the birth region could be Abruzzo also...
