Need help in locating an Corleone, Sicily Marriage

Looking for information on Mariana Pericon

Bernardo Trombatore and Leo Luchina Sertaformaggio had two children

Salvatore (Sam) Trombatore and

Lucia (Lucy) Trombatore

Salvatore (Sam) Trombatore married Mariana Pericon
They had several children born Corleone, Palermo, Sicilia, Italy

Their first child Gaitana Trombatore was born in Corleone, Sicily about 1880 and their last child Bernarda Trombatore born about 1888 also In Corleone, Sicily.

So I am guessing the Salvatore and Mariana were married around 1879.

They all eventually came to the USA. Except for Mariana Pericon, if she passed away in Sicily and Salvatore remarried in the USA.

Here is my question: I can not find anything on Mariana Pericon.....I am looking for her parents name. I am not sure if Pericon is her correct last name......could someone please help.

Thank you,
Mardi

Hello Mardi :-D!

According to this marriage record (#930)at Church of S. Martino in Corleone...
Celebrated on 24 November 1878...
Salvatore Trombatore married Marianna TROMBATORE
Salvatore was the son of Giuseppe (Josephi) and of Gaetana Giudice
Marianna was the daughter of Bernardo (Bernardi) and of Leoluchina Saltaformaggio [names you mention above as the parents of Salvatore :? ]

What records do you have with the name Pericon/Perricone?

Thank you Tessa for this information. So the parents I gave you for Salvatore were actually Mariana parents. How interesting.
I was looking at someone Tree on Ancestry.com with the name of Salvatore Trombatore, since I am doing the Trombatore Genealogy, and this is the information they had.
That is the only information that I have on Mariana Pericon/Perricone.

So their is a strong possibility that Salvatore Trombatore married Marianna TROMBATORE were related.

I appreciate so much you sending me this information.

The only other record that I have on Perricone is a Mary Perricone that married Antonino [Tony] Tomasino, they were from Bisacquino, Province of Palermo, Sicily.

This is probably asking a lot but....

Is there any way to find out Giuseppe (Joseph) Trombatore and Gaetana Giudice,
their children's name other then Salvatore (Sam) Trombatore

And the same for Bernardo (Bernardi) and of Leoluchina Saltaformaggio other children other then Marianna TROMBATORE

I have many Trombatore's that are related, and somehow if I could connect some of them......Thanks for all your help.

Thank you Adelifio, for your time in finding information on marriages and family names. You and Tessa have been a big help. The pieces are starting to fit together.

Just go through the baptism indexes after the parents wedding date of Corleone for Trombatore and see who the parents are to find the siblings
