Appearing before the official was Giuseppe Viola, 31, (not sure of occupation); to declare that at 9:30 PM on the 6th of the current month, at the place at Via Ammalati, no number, to Giuseppa Caramagna, daughter of deceased Rosario, his wife living with him, was born a male child who he presented to the official and to whom was given the name FRANCESCO

First ~ Francesco was recognized as the legitimate son of Giuseppe Viol and Giuseppa Caramagna, when they married in Catania on 6 September 1899. Record #639
Second ~ Francesco married Clothile Babramo(?) Sasso, daughter of Angelo, on 11 may 1916 in Catania. Record #278
Third ~ Francesco died in Catania on 12 March 1956, record #528
