Death Record Translation

This is the death record of Angela Maria Zonfrilli. I can read that her husband was Antonio Bevilacqua, but I cannot make out her parents' names. Could someone help decipher the names? Thanks

Father: Gio Antonio = Giovanni Antonio Zonfrilli
Mother: Maddalena Miglio

Is the last name Miglio or Meglio?
