You are correct. It says il giorno sopra indicato (the day indicated above) which is the 16th of Jan.

Thank you Erudita. I had the 6th. I just learning how to read the dates and it is very hard. LOL

I misread what you typed, but the day is sedici, the 16th, like I told you.

Don't give up in learning to read these records. It takes a lot of practice and even, after 20 years or so, I still make mistakes.
