Birth record from Church- Help!!

Hi everyone, I received the attached document from the church where my gggf was inscribed when born, but unfortunately it is not very legible. I am trying to figure out if in fact his given name was Carlos, or Carlo, etc, as the writing seems to say "Caroly". Also, his parents Bernardo & Giovanna are mentioned, but I honestly can't make out the rest... or majority. . Is there any mention of grandparents?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The record is dated on Oct 9, 1862, which is the date of the baptism. He was born yesterday-on the 8th. Parents were Bernardo Vaccani, the son of Carolus (this is the Latin version of the name Carlo-which is Carl or Charles in English. Mother was Giovanna (surname looks like Panizio, but it would help to know what town this record is from to be certain. She was the daughter of a Pietro Peter). The infant was being named Carolus (again this is the Latin version of his name). Godfather was a Thaddeus Moliari who was the son of a Pietro or Peter.

This record came from the church in Lezzeno, Como. Unfortunately, there is no actual birth certificate at the Municipio, so this is about as much as I'll see for him.
I'm so happy to find out another generation...of the fathers at least.
