Raffaele Ciampi, aged 13, died 7 July 1866. Born in Frigento, son of Filippantonio, farmer, and of Antonia Cipriano, farmer.

Town Hall of Frigento

Appearing were two informants: Angelo Telese, 43, and Angelo Sasso, 58, both peasant/farmers and residents in Frigento. They reported that, yesterday at 10:40 a.m., in the house at #19 Contrada Pannizza, Antonio Cipriano, age 10, died. He was born in Frigento to Vincenzo Cipriano and Teresina Montecalvo, both peasant/farmers. Witnesses were Pasquale Ciullo, 63, carpenter, and Alfonso Pelosi, age 56, a guard.

The informants were illiterate and did not sign the document, but the two witnesses and town official did.

This one has me curious. I see the name Antonia Telese in the record which makes me wonder if she was married twice. Hopefully, this will help me sort it out.
