DiVinvenzo surname

My grandparents came to the US in 1907 they were Salvatore and Josephine DiVincenzo from Santa Domenica Vittoria, Messina Sicily. They came with their son Arthur. Any info would be appreciated. You can see their photos at www.divincent .com

<BR>The name is spelled DiVincenzo. I made a mistake when I typed. <BR>Any information at all would be appreciated. I know that he sailed in 1907 from Naples to Ellis Island on the Konigan Louise. My mother has told me he was a member of the carabiniere .

when you obtain the name of the town of origin from the ellis island records then go to www.paginebianche.it and insert the surname in the first line and the town name in the third line and click cerca. If there are people in that town with the same last name you may wish to write them and ask if they are related to you. Peter
