hi everyone, <BR> i am lookin on any family history on the last name \"Fusetti\" i have tired some of the of the name history sites but nothin came up. now i know it is an italian name but im not to sure on the region if anyone could give me any good sites to use or any leads i would be very thankful. <BR> <BR> :-]

There are currently 580 persons in italy with the Fusetti surname and about 70% come from the Lombardia region which, statistically, would be the region of your family origin. You can trace your family origin thru, perhaps, www.ellisisland,org website. You can also look up youre surname thru the www.Genls.labo.net website. Peter

The website only gives you the geographic distribtuion of the name thruout Italy. If you wish to do any research you need to know the town or at least the province. That is why I suggested the Ellis Island website which will give you the necessary information you need. Have you tried Ellis Island?? Peter

i looked at it but i found out that my grandfather removed some letters from fusetti and im not use what the orginal spelling was

well i found the orginal way it was spelled it was fuzetti or fuzzetti and some of the cities were Furate, Turate, Curate, Como, and Appiano italy im not to sure on regions where there are at just teh names
