The more info the better now.......since 9/11 US has tightened up it's belt all is very circular.......Wayne lost both his ssncard and his passport (which was out of date) but he needs these pieces of US ID to get new ones. More confusion.........

My Daughter saw the picture of Donna yesterday and couldn't believe how much she looks like her Mother.........she too sends her many thanks for all the help you gave.

Must catch up on Business bookwork today so as to free up time to get back to helping out.

Am in the process of writing an e-mail to Gertrude need some sensitive information to help Wayne in replacing his Passport and SS Card so that we can travel to the US to meet them all.

Wanted to let you all know

1. Wayne was calling Donna tonight........he'll probably be late for work.

2. He spoke to Social Security Office in Plattsburg today he just has to go in with his birth certificate and his Ontario Driver's License and as he has has a SSN before they will issue him a new one to be received within 7-10 days.

3. Was sent an reply from Bill (brother) Kolsch told they left Liverpool on a ship in 52-53 to New York. He was put on her Passport in Wallasey.

That is all I have for now till I get the update from Wayne on his conversation with Donna.

That's great. I hope he gets his SSN in time. I applied for my kids during March break for theirs and they just received them yesterday! If not, you may have to fly everyone in! Now, just to remind me...Wayne can't cross the US border with just his birth certificate like us because he is actually a citizen of ?????

He is a dual citizen of the US and UK, lived in canada a long time got his SIN card in Grade 9 like most of us did then( you know back in the old days) with his father and Step-mother on it (her being born in Canada and him not knowing she was a Step-mother).

Then cause he misbehaved (being Polictically correct) Immigration in Canada was going to send him wither to the States (when he didn't know where his mother(the real one) was, or to England where he didn't know anyone. So we were getting married so they let him stay.

And the rest is history

UPDATE!!!

Donna has kept a picture of Wayne as a little boy in her livingroom since forever and as she told him this "You have never been away from me" they both cried.

It was a very emotional phone call for them lasting almost 3 hours and he did call in to work saying he'd be late.

I need for him to wind down abit more before I can question him more (as he cried freely trying to tell me what transpired between them).

Will get back tomorow with more updates

My mind is still grasping the reality of it all..........

Wayne hd a very hard time at work, tears off and on all night I spoke to him at 1am then again at 7:30am he is just totally overwhelmed.
