I would have done this for you, but I have dreadful problems reading documents transmitted by Image Shack!!!!

I see, having checked out the links you posted, that there are only four small documents to be translated, even though your post gives the impression that it is a huge document.

In the light of this, I'm sure someone here will be able to help you with this.

Hi Elba,

Hey! No problem......I can sure relate to not being able to read these things. They're on 8 MM film, so even at 50X magnification they're small. Put them in my photo program and increased size by double + did each document in half(going larger exceeded imageshack's limits).

Actually, each document is 12 lines or under......I did overlap one line on each

I think they are the marriage banns??????........I'll be happy just to know if they are or not.

I like large print >Had lens replacement surgery 2 years ago. Helped with seeing further, but near sight is still awful & getting worst as I get older:!:

The documents are death certifications, they are needed for the marriage between BIASE VITALE DI PIERRO and GIOVANNA GRANDE, daughter of ANTONIO GRANDE.

the first document is about GIUSEPPE DI PIERRO, he is the father of BIASE VITALE DI PIERRO.
His death occurred in 1780, on May the 14th.

the second is about MARIO DI PIERRO, ancestor of BIASE on the father's line ("avo paterno" at 4th line).
No dates here.

the third document is about BIASE's mother, ROSA MARIA MAZZ[ILLI]
Her death occurred in 178[2?], on September the 18th.

the fourth is about BIASE's first wife, DOMENICA DI ROSA.
Her death occurred in 1817, on December the 16th. Her age was 67.
