My Mother\'s Birth Name

My Mother was born in Leonia, she was adopted as a baby..Her birth name was Randaglieri ...I am having no luck finding this name anywhere. :-[ Any suggestions??

as you know there is no surname Randaglieriin Italy nor is there any surname that is close in the Italian surname dictionary. The name is in error or is mispelt. Please advise the source of the surname. Was it handwritten or was it typed. What is the name Randaglieri, the mothers name or fathers name. Please be explicit. Peter

Dear Peter: <BR>It was her name at time of entry ...according to papers I found after her passing..My brother and I just found out that she was adopted a few years before her passing..and as the story goes when she was eighteen she was an heir but she had to go and live with \"her\" family and she wouldn\'t leave her adopted family...My Mother was of sound mind right up to the day she passed ....We probably won\'t ever find anything about this..but it sure would be nice to be able to trace our family roots.. <BR>MamaMia

Who what where when are the entry papers for your mdother??? You glossed over the only thing thast may help you trace her family. Peter
