Need Help

Hey I\'m really struggling with my family history. I was wondering where I could go to get names of people I don\'t know. There is only one elder left in my family and she has trouble remembering names and things like that. We got all that she can pull out written down but I wanna take it all the way to Italy. Does anybody know of anything that can help me. If you do please post it!
