Perhaps you can help me looking for my Grandmother\'s roots. Her name was Immacolata DiNasso. I know on her Ellis Island records that she came to the US from the Port of Naples. Her husband, My Grandfather was Francesco DeLucia who was from Maddaloni, Caserta. I have checked and learned there are no DiNasso\'s in Maddaloni, but is there a way to see if there are any DiNasso\'s in the vicinity? <BR> <BR>DP

There are no DiNasso in the province of Caserta nor in the entire region. Just because there is no Di Nasso surnamed perrsons in Maddaloni today does not mean that thjere were none in the past when your grandmother was a young child. There may have been Di Nasso surnamed people and now there are none but the documents are in the town hall and you can ask if there is one for Di Nasso since you know her full name and year of birth. Chances are she was born there. Peter
