Marriage Documents

My Grandparents were married in Maddaloni circa 1918-1920. I Understand that there are no documents of marriage available for that period of time. Is that true? <BR> <BR>DP

I received this information from a gentleman doing work on his family tree also. It was at a Family Search Center. He did not work there but said he has been told that there were really no records available in Italy between 1910-1920. I can\'t remember the reason why. If this is not correct, than that is excellent news. Where would be my best chance of finding a marriage certificate between the years 1918-1920 from Maddaloni, Caserta? <BR> <BR>DP
