help with LDS photocopy request

Hi, it are someone able abt microfiche request photocopies by LDS( familysearch)? I must to order a photocopy abt a record found on familysearch website...
the form that I must to send is in this webpage

I know the Batch number obviosly, but no the source( film) because it are no on the LDs website; so for exemple I must to order the photocopy of this record:

Ok..heres what you need to do..

Its an extracted recorded so you need to include the person's full name, marriage date, spouse's name and info and the place the marriage took place. Then she converted the batch number (we got lucky because she said sometimes it doesn't work but this time it did).

Put the Batch no.. M004466
And for Input Source put film # 1151897.

and it is a marriage in 1902, so:

The lady I called entered the batch number and the conversion came back as 1151897..I asked her to repeat it three times. Now, I can call again if you like to confirm. Not sure if they are open now but I'll try..

The lady made a mistake. .you are correct..the film number is 1151807..Thanks for thinking to confirm it before sending it off. The lady apologized several times..said they are so short staffed and had too many phone calls. I'm so sorry..but glad you figured it out.
