Social Security computer extract

What information would the computer extract of a SS application give me? It is about $9 cheaper than a copy of the original application.

I found a new and reliable site for form 81 and it is in the NARA website at www.archives.gov/global-pages/inquire-form.html. Thank you for the heads up on the SS form computer extract./ If you decide to go that route then please advise whether there is any difference other than originality of the application. Peter
