In the year 1816 on day 7 of the month of October at 19:00 before Us Costantino di Jorio Mayor and officer of the vital records of the Comune of Molise Province of Molise appeared Nicola Perrino age 23 occupation farmer living in this Comune who has declared that the same day at 17:00, in his own house, was born of Anna di Jorio his legitimate wife age 29 and of him, the declarant, a boy that he presented to us and that was given the name of Salvatore Clemente,

The aforesaid presentation and declaration was made in the presence of Giovanni Perrino age 50 occupation farmer, citizen living in this comune and of Domenico di Mauro age 37 occupation farmer, citizen living in this comune.

The present act was read to the informant and to the witnesses, and was signed by myself, the declarant and the witnesses having said that they don't knowhow to Write.
