John the three images you sent seem to be of the same thing (I posted them anyway) maybe you can check your phone images and try again if this is not correct.

Why did you cut out the image? It's always preferable the whole picture.
It seems Sannacocco or Sannacocce, but maybe a comparison with the rest of the document could be helpful.
