My grandmother was Emilia Fusco (Romano) and my mother's name was Alba Romano (Carramusa) oldest daughter of Emilia Romano. I am the oldest grandchild of Emilia Fusco(Romano). My name is Patricia Carramusa (Catera),
daughter of Alba Romano (Carramusa). Emilia Romano had three children, Edmondina Theodore and Preziosa Romano. Edmondina had one daughter, Susan Theodore. Preziosa Romano (Renner) has six children, four
daughters and two sons. I was very happy to see that there were family members of my grandmother who wanted to correspond with us. When I was younger I remember the stories from my grandmother, Emilia about her
sisters and brothers. She was the oldest daughter and did the cooking for the family and always worked hard
in New York. I miss my grandmother and my mother very much. When I was younger, I did meet Emilia's brothers, Giulio & Francesco who came to visit her in Bronx, NY. I would like to hear more from anyone from the Fusco families. Thank you again. Ciao

To find living relatives in these times of 'privacy' laws is not easy. You might try writing letters to trace the descendants of the siblings of your Grandparents. There is an article on Finding Living relatives on my website that you might find interesting.

Hi Patricia. My Ancestry DNA results say we are 5th-8th cousins. I have never came across your family name in research neither the town but its interesting to know that we share a small portion of DNA. My family from Italy is from Rionero in Vulture, Cerignola, Francavilla sul Sinni and Montalbano Jonica. From Sicily they are from San Giuseppe Jato. I live in upstate NY. I would like to share information with you. I am clb1921 on Ancestry.
