BOTTI - DiBIASE FAMILY

Hello Everyone,

I am searching for my Great Grandfather, Carmine Botti. He was from Agropoli, Italy and supposedly arrived here around 1899-1900. He was married to Maryann DiBiasse and they had (1) daughter at that time, Caterina, who was 3 1/2 years old. I am almost positive they came through Ellis Island, but can't locate any records.

Any suggestions?

Hi I don't know if you have seen either of these records before, but without more info it is difficult to search. Where did Carmine settle? Did he have siblings who immigrated?

Thank you so much everyone. This information was so helpful. I had found many Carmine Botti listings in the Ellis Island system, but the dates didn't match what I thought I knew. I had not been able to find Mariann DiBiasse and daughter Caterina, at all. In the census, I had found "Charlie" Botti, and that is the actual family I am tracing.

This website has tons of Agropoli families listed. In my research of the Pecora/Volpe families there I did come accross the surnames of Di Blase (Blasi) and Botti....they did marry into our family somewhere I think.
