I am a college student who will be graduating in May 2010 and plan on moving to Africa soon after for a year or two doing volunteer work. I know that the appointments are book well in advance and was curious if there may be a way to be on a list for cancellation before May, or if it would be possible to do once in Africa? I also wanted to know if the only way to set up an appointment was through Abtran? I will be using the Consulate of Los Angeles. Thank you for your time and have a great day.
