The townof origin is CAIVANO and if you go to www.tuttitalia.it/campania/98-caivano and scroll down to MUNICIPIO thisis the address to mail the form letter to the UFFICIO DI STATO CIVILE for birth, marriage and death records.

There are 2 Del Giudice residing in Caivano and if you wish to send them a potential relative letter then go to the #2 websitge I furnished you for the form letter. =Peter=

Definitely Caivano, father is Luigi, still there. Town in NY might be Coeymans in Albany County. Going to cousin Nicola Scotto(a)

edit to add:

considering the first daughter was born on 1917 (more or less) we can presume that Pietro's marriage was around 1915...

Kings Certificate n. 12862
bride was:

i know the peter judice is right my uncle confirmed the children and there are 3 others for them as well but there after the 1930 census the other seems to be the same with a clerical error in the last name perhaps any luck finding out more about this person back perhaps before they reached new york ? ive been banging my head against the wall with options so far and my uncles far from me and not so good with computers (understatement) so its been rough im building my tree on ancestry.com so far they seem fine for most in us records but anything past that is poor if non exhistant as well as some holes in the us documents as well I appreiciate all the help im a little scared about the earthquake in aquila if my family records were there hope may be lost to recover anything beyond arrival at new york

I live pretty far from L'Aquila, 350 miles, but believe me.. it was terrible to see what's happened:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_L%27Aquila_earthquake

Regarding the Draft card for the first world war, yes, image is mislinked, but you can find it ... it's the image number 73....
I wrote for you the handwritten...

I found also the military enlistment for the second Worl War:

U.S. World War II Draft Registration Cards, 1942
about Peter Antonio Judice
Name: Peter Antonio Judice
Birth Date: 11 Feb 1884
Birth Place: Naples
Residence: Queens, New York
Race: White
Roll: WWII_2371612

address:

117-32 127 street - South Ozone Park - Queens (same of the 1930 census :!: -9
neareset relative Raffaella...
As you can see he listed his place birth, Napoli - Campania region.

image, form Ancestry.com:
http://www.postimage.org/image.php?v=Pqz6suA

I believe the correct last name was Iodice, common in the Campania region

Found a January 1914 arrival manifest for a Raffaela Russo, age 19, single, from Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta Province - Campania region) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_Maria_Capua_Vetere , going to Brooklyn to join her uncle and aunt Cavallaro? living on 28 Congress Street -
Possible she was Pietro's wife??

note please that her name is crossed out, it means she didn't travel on that ship, there must be a subsequential arrival manifest....
