Possible Ship Document

I'm searching for a John Rossi, who was born in 1895 and arrived prior to 1917. He was born in Baia e Latina.

I think I've found the ship's manifest from 1913. But, I can't make it out. I've included both 'sides' here as it allowed larger viewing.

One document indicates Giovanni Rossi, age 19...I can't make out his occupation though...is that farmer?

Other document indicates residence is Caserta...I believe next to it is Baia e Latina. I can't read the name of relative in location where alien is from though.

Please confirm my assumptions on the handwriting interpretation....as well as identify anything that I can't read. I feel like I'm really close, and I love this! Thank you everyone!
