Hi, James, I also have Vitale ancestors from Crispano.
Michele Arcangelo Vitale, probably born in the 1780s, married Teresa Errico, and they had at least one child--Raffaele Vitale, born 1807.
Unfortunately, that's all I know on that line. Does any of that match with anything you have?
Also, I was wondering what resources were available for tracing Crispano genealogy? The LDS Library doesn't have their records microfilmed, does it? Thanks!
