looking for immigration info on giuseppina (josephine) grano

I am trying to find the passenger list and ship picture for Giuseppina Grano. She was born July 19, 1885 and died February 8, 1973. She died in Brooklyn. She was born in Italy, but I don't know where. According to the 1930 Census, she emigrated in 1910. According to the census, she married Luigi Franconeri in 1913.
She was naturalized Jan 7, 1936. Luigi Franconeri was born on June 8, 1880. He died on April 25, 1934. I think he arrived on May 24, 1910 on the SS Ancona at Ellis Island. I saw the document on the Ellis Island site, but want to recheck the information to see whether or not I think it is him after all. According to the 1930 Census, he also emigrated in 1910.
I am trying to complete this project before Sunday, if I can. It is for a Father's Day gift for my fiancee's father. The Franconeri's are his family on his maternal side. His paternal side is Castrovinci, but I have already found the passenger information for them and am certain of those two. I'm not as sure of Luigi though. Of course, I would really love to be able to find out more about the Franconeris and Granos in Italy also. There isn't really a time limit on that part, though. Thank you very much for your time.

I don't know why there are two different dates in the index but the certificate number is the same, so that would enable the researcher at the archive to locate the correct record.

Thank you very much. That's them, all right. I don't suppose you know what's involved in ordering the marriage record. I'm doing this for my fiancee. Do we have to prove that she's a descendant? How much does it cost to order it? I guess the document would say which date is actually correct for the marriage.

All the info you need is on the above website. You can click on the first option and you will find a form you can fill out online and use a credit card number with, but it does take a few weeks to get the copy. Use the certificate number I gave you from the index.

Oh my God, thank you so much for finding all this. I just called my fiancee's aunt asking her about the naturalization documents since Giuseppina's daughter lives with her. This is absolutely amazing! This is exactly what I needed!
Do you happen to have any idea about her parents or family? I know she had at least 3 brothers, Vincent, Louis, and James, but I don't know anything about them for sure. After finding out her maiden name this weekend, I found an Ignagio Grano listed on the 1930 Census on the same page as her.
He had a wife named Clodia (Claudia apparently is the correct name). They had three children: Casper, Hellen, and Eloisa. Casper was born around 1906 in Italy and the other two were born shortly after the family emigrated in 1907. I guess my question about this family is whether he could have been another brother, uncle, or something. He must be related somehow. I think he was born in 1877.
I saw Louie Grano in the 1920 Census as Giuseppina's next door neighbor. He was born around 1896. He was married to Angelina, who was born around 1895. They had two children in the census. Annie was born around 1915 and Frank was born around 1917. Of course, this is based on what's written in the census for both families.

I'm so glad we could find these records for you.

A couple of ways to confirm relationships would be
- if they were living in the same household and are identified as a relative on the census
- or if you can find a manifest stating they were joining a relative in the US at a confirmed address.
Since you are under a deadline researching birth records in the comune would take much longer...
