According to the Family History site the records start at 1809... :-)

If Biagio was born around 1815, you may be able to locate a marriage record for Domenico and Celeste.

You can only see the beginning of the last name, still looks like Lug..

Yes once I realized the date was 1873, the birth year is 1815 which is good so that I can look on films.

I just ordered 4 other films so that will have to wait.

The last name is 2 syllables and could also be Longo.
the next line sentence reads: "come da medesimo mene sono accertato personalmente."
