Military records-how to find out where to start?

Post by Haztek »

I would like to try to find the conscription/military records for my grandfather, Giuseppe Crispino. He was born on May 26, 1876 in Rotondi, Province of Avellino, Campaina and lived there until at age 25 he came to the US for the first time.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Thanks,

Jerry
