Vincenzo Maria Agostino (male) son of Felice De Luca and Gaetana (daughter of Gaspare). This what I can read in this act but... I have some doubts. Usually the first name listed is the father's name, so it could be Gaetano and not Gaetana. But in latin the genitive form for Gaetano is Caetani and not Caetana! Felice is both a male and a female name so I have not help from the genitive Felicis (male? female?). In the death act you posted (see below), if it concerns the same person, Vincenzo seems to be son of Gaspare(male) and Felice(female) so I assume that a slip occurred in the first document (all the word Caetana was written in error); but it is also possible that the error was only in the end of the word Caetana (an "a" instead of a "i"), so Vincenzo could be son of Gaetano and grandson of Gaspare, and in this case Gaetano could be the brother of the Vincenzo listed in the death act! Unfortunately in the death act there isn't the date, so I can't verify.

Death date was 12 Nov 1801. Everything you said makes sense. I am still having trouble with where Gaetano fits in. There is another child, a girl, named Salvatura Gaetana Maria DeLuca. Using naming rules, where would Gaetana/Gaetano fit in?

Grazie per tutto tua aiuto Luca.

If the death date is 1801, it seems to be referred to the same Vincenzo! Onestly I can't tell you what's the role/sense of the name "Caetana" in the birth act; maybe having all the documents of that family it should be possible to give it an explanation... but with only this two records I can't see an absolute answer.
