Found this 1900 US Census for Antoni Regula, age 20, living in Chicopee, MA as a boarder, single, working as a "bobbin boy"
He lists his arrival as 1900.
Since the Census for that year was done in June, my guess would be that he arrived between January and June... :-)

thank you i have been working on this for 2 days straight my eyes cant read anymore records . lol thank you so much i cant find a arrival record for either one of them its really weird. i have the marriage but thats it no record strange. thank you again for all of your help
