Decyphering a city name

I am having trouble decyphering a city name from an older document and wondering if anyone can help. This is from a marriage record from Rogliano, Cosenza and it's a listing for my great great grandfather. I am trying to decypher the town the HE came from. Rogliano has no records of his birth and I've searched quite a bit.

It looks to be Lugliano or Ligliano but I didn't find any listings for these in the old Italian Gazeteer I have access to.

Anyone want to take a shot at it?

the first one looks to be like Scigliano which is in Calabria.

distance from one town to the other is currently 25 minutes

Scigliano is 19.9 km southwest of Rogliano

You were absolutely right about the town. I was able to get online last night and look at some records for Scigliano and they were all right there. This had been a bit of a roadblock for a bit and you've opened it up for me.

The second town is Mogliano, province Macerata, region Marche.

Livio, I thought that too and sent a lot of time going through those records trying to find them. But then found out the what looks to be an M is actually the officials stylized R.
