Cam someone help with the translation of the marriage record attached? There appears to be a date at the beginning of the record(September 3, 1799) and one at the end of the record(July 22, 1799). Which one is the actual marriage date? Also, does the record give any indication as to where the groom, Joseph, may be from? What is the "Mag" before Joseph and Vincenzo's name? Thanks in advance for all your help.
1799 september 8th Giuseppe Sciambica son of (master) Vincenzo and Maria Spallino from Bisbona (Bivona) Maria Geraci son of the late Francesco and Vincenza Conte of that parish
