You can write the only church I get in the directory and ask who where the priest in the parish at that time heres the address
http://www.paginegialle.it/pgol/4-chies ... a/3-Tarsia
And a letter
Reverendo Padre,
Distinti saluti,
Tim
Its says your relative Carolina Marino lived in Tarsia between 1860-1875 and you would like to know who the parish priests were then............Thank You very much

Some cosmetics to Marty's letter:

Reverendo Padre,

Thanks Marty – above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for taking your time to do the letter and thanks to Livio for the addition/correction.

Also, would this baptism paper shed any light on the church or priest:

Thanks!

Enlarged it quite a bit and it could be "Bellisario" :-)

Do you agree that the church is San Nicola?

Thanks everyone for your help!

One more (maybe) question:

Is there a place I can check on San Nicola? That is, was it in Tarsia and does it still exist (although the link Marty provided only lists one church now), or is it gone, or is/was it in another commune?

Thanks Marty - should I send IRC (international reply coupons) like I've done with other inquiries?
