Surnames Curcio and Caprio

I am looking for anyone in Teora, Italy with the Surname of Caprio. My grandmother, Terasina Caprio came to America in 1910. Her Parents names were Angelo and Maria. I have a whole family tree and history back to this point.

My Grandfather, Salvatore Curcio came to America about the same time from Caposele, Italy.

There are 4 Caprio in teora (provincia Avellino). Go to www.paginebianche.it and put in caprio in first line and Teora in third line and click CERCA. Do the same for caposele. Peter

It is nothing more than a directory...what is there to read. You have a name, a street address (V=via or street) (XX=province intitials), postal code and town name. Telephone numbers are telephone numbers...Telefono. If there is a problem then obtain the book ITALIAN GENEALOGICAL RECORDS by Traffor R. Cole. It is inexpensive, easy to read and you can research unimpeded. Peter

You also might find www.yourdictionary.com helpful in learning Italian as well as have a handy dictionary right there. Peter

I am looking for information on two grandmothers in my maternal line: Caterina Filomena Vinzenza Ciccone, born in Teora - 1825 to Giuseppe, married Andrea Cozza, died in Morra de Sanctis and Vincenza del Mastre married Tommaso Sarni before 1777. The two surnames of Ciccone and Del Mastro (Del Mastre) appear in the above Teora listing. I find that the LDS has Teora civil records on film. Does anyone have further information? Thank You.
