Help with Atti di Morte Index entry/Angelo Colucci

I am looking for the Atti di Morte of a Angelo Colucci, husband of Domenica De Rosa
He died between 1875 and 1893 in Avigliano,Potenza, Italy
I found several death records during that time period and none seemed to say anything about a Domenica DeRosa that I could see. The only other entry I can't find.

The index says:
Potenza > Avigliano > Indice Annuale Morti > 1883 > 1 of 6

Any ideas?

#4P2a means that the act is recorded in the Part 2 of the book-register, Angelo died outside Avigliano, and this part seems not be on line. You may write to Ufficio di Stato Civile in Avigliano to get the record.
