- widowed (4/10/1900) and living with son:
Vincenzo Ferrara
b 1867 in Italy
m to Maria Mar 1861
children:

Rosey June 1893 in Italy
(Eugina 1896 found on manifest but not on 1900 census)

Thank you Tessa! I greatly appreciate the assistance - what a loss that must have been after coming over from your home-country to start a new life. Very sad.

Re: More Ferrara research and brick wall!
Tessa;
May not be her afterall - the previous information I have is that she arrived here Nov 1898 - born in 1897 - unless the Sept date is her birthdate and not her death date?
18 Nov 1898 manifest
18 Nov 1898 SS Alsatia, Naples to NY
Lines 6-9
- last residence Alimena
- joining husband Vincenzo Ferrara at 243 Elizabeth Street, New York
Ma Concetta Gianno? 46 (abt 1852)
Daughters:
Maria Ferrara 8 (abt 1890)
Rosalia? Ferrara 5 (abt 1893)
Eugenia Ferrara 1 (abt 1897)
I will have to look into that a bit further I guess. - thanks again! ~D
