i would appreciate if someone can determine what is Angelo's profession. It looks like requimitaro ?? (top left of second page)

Can't read it well, but it seems "acquavitaro". It comes from the word "acquavite", something like brandy. More generally, they distilled various kinds of spirits and went round to sell them.
