San Peitro Infine - near Monte Cassino

Can someone help me? My gr gr grandfather Dominico Valente was born in San Peitro Infine near Monte Cassino around 1850. How do I obtain his birth certificate considering I do not know his parents names. I do know he married a Theresa Capitona (spelling ?), but unsure if it was in Italy or Ireland. Any thoughts.
