Unfamiliar given name

Post by lcafarel »

Can someone help me decipher the bride's given name in this DeGrandij-D'Arecca marriage record and index entry? It begins with a P and looks to be something like Praziosa. I've never seen this given name before, but I've seen Persia and Porsia before.

BTW, the same woman is named Angiola in her death record, which was presented at the time of Giuseppe DeGrandij's subsequent marriage, but the name in this record is clearly not Angiola.

Thanks!

Lesley

The groom's surname is De Grandis (two words), not DeGrandij
