Looks like the blurriness is still a factor, but here is what I see :-)

Vincenzo Muto was born 21 August 1867 in Cerisano
Father was Giuseppe
Mother was Filomena (can not read surname)
His occupation could be tailor
17 Sept 18?7 - discharged
Brown hair and eyes
Rosy complexion

He was only 153cm (60.3 inches) tall and for this reason was discharged (rejected) on Sep 17 1887.
